# The registration fee covers conference lunches scheduled on 29th and 30th October 2026, along with the banquet dinner on 29th October 2026.
A conference kit and certificate will be provided to all registered paper presenters.

NB: Rs. 5,000/- for each additional accepted paper for the same registered author-presenter.
The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

First, access the “SBI Collect portal” and select the “Educational Institutions” category.
After opening the SBI collect portal, select the "ICCMA 2026" under the Payment Category, and thereafter fill all the required details.
N.B. 1. In case the paper title displays an error during payment, please enter the first five words of your title without using any special characters.
2. Kindly save the transaction details or proof of payment (PDF/Image file) immediately after completing the payment. The file is essential to complete the next step.

Step 2: Filling Out the Registration Form
Important Instructions:
(i) Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no spot registration.
(ii) Registration will be incomplete if all the steps are not completed.
(iii) After the payment is made, save a copy of transaction details/proof of payment.
(iv) One can attend the conference by filling out the registration form even if their manuscripts are not accepted (under the attendees category).
(v) During the registration as an Attendee/Accompanying person category, the participant should write Paper ID: 00 and Paper Title: NA.
(vi) Participants should make sure to pay the required fee for any accompanying persons and mention the details when filling up the registration form.
